Our Chocolates

What makes Oh!Boo chocolates special?

Every Oh!Boo chocolate is handcrafted using premium ingredients and French techniques, with an emphasis on layering flavours and textures. We create our chocolates fresh daily, ensuring every piece is as indulgent as it is beautiful.

Do you offer vegan chocolates?

Yes, we have a selection of vegan-friendly chocolates! Our vegan range includes dark chocolate creations made without dairy. Browse our Vegan Collection.

Are your chocolates gluten-free?

Many of our chocolates are naturally gluten-free, but some may contain ingredients with gluten. If you have dietary concerns, check our product descriptions or contact us for details.

What kind of chocolate do you use?

We work with fine couverture chocolate, carefully sourced to bring out the best balance of flavour, smoothness, and depth.

How should I store my chocolates?

To enjoy your chocolates at their best:

  • Keep them in a cool, dry place (15-18°C is ideal).
  • Avoid refrigeration, as moisture can alter their texture and flavour.
  • If chocolates need to be stored longer, an airtight container in a temperature-controlled space works best.

Orders & Shipping

Where do you deliver?

We currently ship Australia-wide via trusted carriers.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $15 for deliveries within Australia.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Sydney Metro: 1-3 business days
  • Other Australian cities: 3-7 business days
  • Regional areas: 5-10 business days

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes! We offer click & collect at our Barangaroo store. Simply select "Pickup" at checkout and visit us during our business hours to collect your order.

Is your Barangaroo boutique open?

Our Barangaroo store is currently closed for renovations but will be reopening for Easter! Until then, you can order online for delivery or pickup.

What if my chocolates arrive melted or damaged?

We take extra care in packaging and shipping, but if your chocolates arrive in less-than-perfect condition, please contact us with photos as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to make things right.

Customisation & Corporate Orders

Do you offer custom chocolates for corporate gifts or events?

Yes! Whether you're looking for branded corporate gifts, wedding favours, or personalised chocolate boxes, we can create something special just for you.

Can I customise flavours or packaging?

Absolutely! We offer options for:

  • Personalised packaging with your logo or message
  • Flavour customisation for large orders
  • Gift boxes & hampers tailored to your needs

How far in advance should I place a custom order?

For small orders, 7-10 days' notice is recommended.

For corporate orders & events, we suggest at least 3-4 weeks’ notice to ensure everything is perfect for your occasion.
